Evolution Edges is a leading U.S. manufacturer of high-quality snowplow blades and wear parts for highway departments, municipalities, and airports. A division of Chemung Supply Corporation, Evolution Edges specializes in both standard and custom cutting edges, delivering reliable products backed by responsive service and industry expertise.
Founded in 2009, Evolution Edges was created to address the industry’s need for streamlined ordering, dependable inventory, and fast delivery of critical wear parts. Today, with manufacturing based in Elmira, New York, and a West Coast warehouse in Denver, Colorado, Evolution Edges provides fast, reliable service to customers nationwide.
Our Elmira manufacturing facility reflects a strong commitment to innovation, sustainability, and American craftsmanship. Powered by solar energy, the facility integrates advanced manufacturing technologies including robotically welded assemblies and precision fabrication to ensure consistent quality and performance.
Evolution Edges continually advances the design and durability of snowplow wear parts. Our blades incorporate premium materials such as Hardox® 450 steel and built-in wear indicators that help operators monitor blade life, reduce downtime, and maximize efficiency during winter operations.
In 2020, Evolution Edges expanded its technology portfolio through the acquisition of Built Blades, creator of the patented Sabre® Blade System. This addition strengthened our ability to deliver innovative, high-performance wear solutions designed to improve plowing efficiency and extend equipment life.
Today, Evolution Edges continues to set the standard for durability, performance, and reliability in snow and ice removal equipment—helping fleets stay productive, reduce maintenance costs, and keep roads safe throughout the winter season.
